I started out at Westside Tech, earning a certificate in Residential and Commercial Building Maintenance Construction Services. I now run my own property maintenance business and growing it every day.

My current work responsibilities include ensuring each property operates smoothly. I inspect all facilities, maintain the property's appearance, and preserve or increase the property in value. I hire, supervise, and assign duties to maintenance contractors when needed. I also work with painters, trash removal people, and landscapers.
